What an incredible company and probably the best building/construction experience I've ever had.  My wife and I own some NC mountain properties and wanted a privacy gate to remove unwanted trespassing.  After an in-depth search, we landed here.  I'm so glad we did.  Chad, their marketing rep, was beyond professional and courteous and extremely knowledgeable.  He summed up our needs in a quick and efficient 20 minute visit, guided us to the exact product we needed (and had opportunity to up-sell but did not, his recommendations were truly based on our unique needs), and was patient with us during our very lengthy HOA process of getting the gate approved. The install process was equally pleasant.  The timing was exact, meaning the day/time they quoted for arrival of the gate and the install were accurate within a few days (anyone who has worked with construction should understand how rare and appreciated this is - life rarely goes smoothly in the field).  Instructions were given regarding maintenance, programming, etc...just a great experience. If you're looking for a company you can trust with professional and pleasant staff at a reasonable price, stop your search and pull the trigger on these folks. Since being in the construction industry for 35 years, I find it difficult to consciously refer trades. I have recently found one exception, Asheville Fence. I won't burden you with all of the details but what will say without hesitation, their quality, communication and customer service is second to none! Chris at Asheville Fence responded so quickly and expertly to my request for the repair of a section of chainlink fence at my house that I was almost a little stunned. The company responded the same day to my call for service, and my fix was complete by mid-afternoon. Fantastic service from a family-owned company that is practically an Asheville institution. Our HOA community gate has been historically problematic. I spoke with Jason and Billie in Candler (both super professionals) and they wasted no time sending out a technician to diagnose the problem and recommend a solution. They promptly returned and spent two days making repairs. Seth and Jorge were amazing! They were patient with incoming resident traffic, knowledgeable (they knew our Liftmaster product) and they worked great as a team. The welding was high quality and the gate was professionally primed and painted once the job was completed. They paid close attention to every detail throughout the project - VERY IMPRESSIVE duo! The gate was fully tested and we were given a Liftmaster tutorial by Seth. I highly recommend Asheville Fence for community and private gates. We could not be happier. Asheville Fence installed a new LiftMaster Gate Operator at my residence on Friday. The 3-person crew was professional and polite, and they did a great job. The quality of the work, particularly the brackets, welding, electrical, conduit, and paint, is all excellent.
